This year, we invite you to our Gastro Events. We welcome you to different locations in our hotel. Whether in the Glashaus Restaurant & Private Dining Room or in our Legends Bar - our seasonal delicacies along with the perfect ambiance are sure to make every event unforgettable.

14 February 2019 - Valentine's Day
On Valentine's Day, enjoy an atmospheric candlelight dinner with four romantic courses including drinks.

6 March 2019 - Fish dinner
At the end of the cheerful Carnival season, a traditional fish dinner takes place. We therefore welcome you to our Private Dining Room for a delightful buffet. The food and beverages are included in the price.

9 April 2019 - Crustaceans
Shortly before Easter, we will serve fine crustacean and fish creations. In a five-course menu, you can enjoy many different components with perfectly matched wines. We welcome you to our Private Dining Room and look forward to seeing you.

21 and 22 April 2019 - Easter brunch
Visit the Glashaus restaurant with your loved ones and enjoy our spectacular Easter brunch on 21 and 22 April 2019 with a view of the Cologne Cathedral and the picturesque backdrop of the old town. You can expect a wonderful selection of hot and cold dishes. Fascinating live cooking stations with meat and fish dishes, pasta, sushi and much more make the brunch a unique experience.

Asparagus season has begun 
From April to June we will be serving "white gold" at our Glashaus Restaurant with a special menu during our evening service. 
Three courses: €58 (additional €31 for accompanying wines)

Should this not be enough for you, then we look forward to welcoming you to our asparagus evening on 7 May 2019 at 6:30 PM in the Private Dining Room. Enjoy a four-course menu with perfectly matched wines from one of our partner winemakers.

12 May 2019 – Mother’s Day
Surprise the world's dearest mother and enjoy an à la carte visit or a unique menu at Glashaus Restaurant on Mother's Day. Enjoy a very special view of Cologne Cathedral and the Old Town and say "thank you" with a perfectly coordinated dinner menu.

In addition to the evening, you have the opportunity to enjoy lunch with the best mother in the world. Celebrate Mother's Day with our Sunday brunch at Glashaus Restaurant.  Our Mother's Day brunch takes place between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM.

25 June 2019 – The Special Cologne Menu
Our Rhenish evening on 25 June is very "Kölsch".  We welcome you to our Private Dining Room with a five-course menu from 6:30 PM.

13 July 2019 - Summer Highlight
We look forward to your visit to Glashaus Restaurant for the Summer Highlight 2019. Expect an enjoyable evening with your personal à la carte "summer highlight". The entire Glashaus team will be delighted to spend a perfect evening with you. Please note that you do not have a direct view of the fireworks from our premises.
 
1 October 2019 - Game Feast
As in every year, the traditional game feast evening is naturally not to be missed. In keeping with the autumn, you can enjoy our classic buffet with regional delicacies at this event from 6:30 PM onwards. Moreover, our chefs will be preparing creative game dishes at various live stations. Beautiful wines will accompany this evening.

Goose Season
During the cold season, you have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious four-course goose menu at Glashaus Restaurant.

12 November 2019 – It is Time for Goose
To celebrate the festive winter season, we will be serving a traditional goose menu as a four-course meal. The four courses will include mouth-watering variations of the traditional Oldenburger oat-fed goose. To end the evening, we welcome you to indulge in sweet pastries from our in-house patisserie.

26 November 2019 – Fondue
To end our year of culinary events we will be taking you back to the beginning with one last fondue evening.  Reminisce about 2019 and ring in the holiday season over our fondue variations. We will be offering our innovative Asia-style fondue, which features a flavorful broth accompanied by a wide range of seafood and fish. We will also be offering the traditional oil fondue, which will include a selection of meats and paired dips as well as side dishes. The evening is closed with a selection of pastries from our in-house patisserie.

Advent & Christmas Brunch
On all Advent Sundays as well as on 25 and 26 December 2019, we offer you a very special Christmas brunch. This takes place between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM in our Glashaus Restaurant, Private Dining Room and Riverside. You are welcomed with a glass of champagne.
Price per person at the Advent brunch: €89 
Price per person on Christmas holidays (25 and 26 December): €99
Children between 6 and 12 years pay only 50% of the price. The Gourmet Club card can be used on all Advent and Christmas holidays at brunch with a discount of €10 per card on the total amount. 
 
24 December 2019 - Christmas Eve 
On 24 December 2019, we will serve you a five-course Christmas menu at Glashaus Restaurant with a festive view of Cologne Cathedral. For the reception, you can expect a glass of champagne. The price also includes non-alcoholic drinks, beer, corresponding wines and hot drinks until midnight. We accept table reservations from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 
Price per person for the Christmas Eve Menu: €239
The Gourmet Club card can be used for a discount of €10 per card on the total amount.
 
31 December 2019 - New Year's Eve
Experience New Year's Eve with the Hyatt Gourmet Fireworks. At 7:00 PM we will welcome you with a glass of champagne and then treat you to an extraordinary seven-course gala dinner at Glashaus Restaurant and our Private Dining Room. Experience the turn of the year at midnight at the Rhine Boulevard directly in front of the hotel or under the glass atrium of the restaurant, with a first-class view of the breathtaking fireworks in front of the backdrop of Cologne Cathedral. 
Price per person: €299 including gala menu, champagne, soft drinks, long drinks, beer, corresponding wines, hot drinks and digestifs until 1:00 AM.  The Gourmet Club card can be used for a discount of €10 per card on the total amount.
 
Spend New Year's Eve in one of our luxurious rooms, including New Year's breakfast (for overnight guests only). You are welcome to take advantage of a late checkout until 6:00 PM afterwards.
