From Monday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM and on weekends until 11:00 AM, our Hyatt breakfast is served at Glashaus restaurant.

The price is €30 per person and includes an extensive breakfast buffet with a live egg-cooking station, a generous selection of baked breads and many other breakfast highlights. We also welcome non-hotel guests with a prior reservation (except on Sundays).

Our Sunday brunch is well known in and around Cologne, which is only confirmed by its ever-growing popularity. Whether you are seated at Glashaus Restaurant, the Private Dining Room or Riverside, you will enjoy a unique view of the Cologne skyline. For our special brunch, we prefer to use seasonal and regional products. The highlight of our Sunday brunches are the live cooking stations where our cooks prepare egg variations, Glashaus specialties and pasta freshly in front of the guests.

The price of the Sunday brunch is €62 and includes hot drinks, a glass of Crémant and a variety of fresh, varied, international food.

During special events such as our Easter brunch or Christmas brunch, the prices may vary.

Glashaus Restaurant offers the perfect atmosphere for your business lunch. From Monday to Saturday, from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, you can visit this ideal location to meet with colleagues or friends.  The menu selection changes every second week.

Our sushi specialist Kazuo Okazaki brings the fine flavors and textures of Asia to Cologne. Kazuo loves to spoil his guests with fresh and authentic sushi and sashimi variations at Glashaus Restaurant.

Sushi selections are available on our menu from Tuesday to Saturday between 6:30 PM and 10:00 PM.

The wine list at Glashaus Restaurant has been perfected over the years and shaped into a fine selection. Through many wine tours, trainings and tastings, our team is able to handpick regional wines, identify grape varieties and choose wine growers based on their knowledge. They continue to put together an exquisite wine list for our guests to enjoy.
