Meet our master of sushi, Kazuo, a legend born and raised in Hokkaido, Japan. Taught the art of sushi-making from an early age, Kazuo has been mastering the traditional Japanese art of sushi since the age of 18.
Three decades ago he brought his amazing talent to Germany and since 2010 he has been a valued member of the Hyatt family. For 11 years, he has been enchanting the Glashaus restaurant in Cologne with his unsurpassed craftsmanship and his authentic, traditional sushi creations.
